About Us
Isinglass opened in May 2004 in what used to be Donnelly’s bakery. We change our menus seasonally every 6-8 weeks serving what’s best in the field or sea. We go out of our way to use local producers and farmers stock, believing that’s the freshest, fairest and least damaging to eat. We use English (or traditional trade route) ingredients, recipes & producers.
